File and Folder informations in Open/Save Dialog

In my Finder Presentation Options, I disable the option "Show the information" and I apply it by default.

It's worked great and I'm not seeing the information about the folder (number of elements) and the information about each file (size).

But when I open an Open/Save Dialog, I see the information...

I want to know how I can disable it ?
